How do I wash and care for my reusable products?
Rinse in cold water immediately after use until the water runs clear. Machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle without fabric softener or bleach, and always hang to dry. Proper care ensures your garments last up to 50 washes.
What is your return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or worn items. However, we offer a 60-day 'First Pair Guarantee' where you can try one pair and, if you aren't satisfied, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
Are your products free from harmful chemicals and PFAS?

How long does shipping take and is the packaging discreet?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped in 100% compostable, plain mailers with no external branding to ensure your privacy.
Can I use these products as my only form of protection?
Absolutely. Our Heavy and Super absorbency styles are designed to replace pads and tampons entirely. For those with exceptionally heavy flows, they also work perfectly as a leak-proof backup to a menstrual cup.
